DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship everywhere and shipping is FREE for Orders Over 7.99$ .


How do I change or cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at iamyoursgh@gmail.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon approval of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.


Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Master card, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you change your shipping address, please contact us at iamyoursgh@gmail.com within 12 hours after placing. Customer service staffs will check your order and confirm you asap.


Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.


When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within five business days or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at iamyoursgh@gmail.com


How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and 2-6 weeks for other countries.


Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.



How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.


Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.


Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.


I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
If you want to receive your order early than the casual delivery time, please contact us as soon as you place. We will change the shipping method for you. But you will pay extra for the shipping service.


How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within seven days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please co
